Canadian actress best well-known for her character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. The actress began her role in the CBS show' Blood & Treasure, from 2019 onwards. Other roles include Earthstorm in 2006 as well as The Perfect Neighbor, which she appeared on in 2005. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk a professor and Ilkay, an actor director producer playwright teacher and Director of Drama St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first experiences were seeing her mother work as well as attending rehearsals for plays. Silk made several commercials when she was just a little girl. Her Bachelor of Arts was awarded to her by St. Thomas University, in 1997. When she first began her career in theater, she was involved in at least 2 Theatre St. Thomas productions: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Samuel and Levi, their sons were named. She was released in 2009. was cast as the main character in Lost Girl. CNN named Bo's portrayal alongside Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple among their most cherished TV couples of all time.
